Undergraduate Students
Current openings
  • Natural history collection cataloging and georeferencing. This position involves working in the SJSU bird and mammal collections, entering data and assigning geographic coordinates. Required skills include attention to detail, experience working with spreadsheets such as excel or Google Sheets, and experience reading and interpreting maps.

  • Brief explanation of why you are interested in joining the lab. What are your research interests? If you are interested in a particular position in the lab, which one(s) and why?
  • Brief description of your prior research experience, if any. This may include coursework that involved relevant lab or analytical skills.
  • Curriculum vitae (c.v.), if you have one. If you are interested in pursuing graduate school, starting a c.v. now is a good idea.
